Problem:
 
When trying to sign into Console 8 or start an exam, you see the below message:



This message indicates that the Certiport Profile is not complete.

Solution:

Sign in to Certiport.com and check for any prompts. If there are any, the system is likely prompting for the missing profile details. If there are no prompts, click on the "My Profile" button on the top right of the page. Review the information in this section, in particular, the Microsoft Registration details on the "Programs" tab. If anything is missing or the Microsoft NDA has not been accepted, supply the missing information or accept the NDA and then try sign in to Console 8 or start your exam again.
