Unable to view PDF when trying to print a Certificate

If you are using Firefox on the Certiport Website (www.certiport.com) see an "Unable to view PDF:" message while attempting to view/print a Certificate, ensure that you have Adobe Flash installed and that the Plugin is not blocked in the Firefox settings. To do this:
  1. right click on the webpage and select "View Page Info"
  2. Click "Permissions"
  3. Set the radio button for Adobe Flash to "Use Default"
  4. close the "Page Info" window and then try view/print your Certificate again. Note: you may have to go back a few pages and submit the request again.
