Where can I find the System Check File in GMetrixSMS

If you encounter a problem with GMetrixSMS, the System Check File can often help identify the cause. If you have been asked to supply this file or believe that it will help resolve your issue, please:

GMetrix SMSv4

  • Launch GMetrix v4 as normal
  • At the login screen, select the Spanner (System Check) icon
  • Click on the "Tasks" tab and click "Execute" next to "Log and Save System Check Information"
  • Attach the saved file to an email and send it to support@prodigylearning.com

GMetrix SMS v3  

  • Run GMetrix SMS v3 as normal
  • At the login screen click the “System Check” link
  • Then click “Detailed system check”
  • This will show you a “Checking your system” screen
  • Click on the “Save” (Diskette) Icon and then save the document to your Desktop or any folder that you can locate easily
  • Close GMetrix SMS
  • Attach the saved “System Check” file to an email and send it to support@prodigylearning.com
